This box has pulled away from the roof that allowed water to get in. The box was screwed to the roof through the shingles. A different type of box should of been used.<<
This is the solution to stop the leak was to install some weather guard tape around the box...>>

This is the solution to stop the leak was to install some weather guard tape around the box and under the roof shingle. Then I applied roofing tar at the edge of the shingle and on top of some of the tape to seal so water doesn't flow back up under.<<
