I had three other contractors, one with your service, not with HM Tech though, stated at 12p never showed, text no respond or call backand didn't show up but I received a call from HM after the other contractor didn't show. HM Tech dispatch told me when to expect Allan, he showed up and have me cooling. Thanks for your service and commitment. I will call again and refer to others.
