Comments: As a "valued" client of this business, this owner did not hesitate to take advantage of me by not completing a job that he was fully paid to do. From the moment that he was notified of the fact that certain gutter sections do not have gutter guards installed, this business owner has never denied that he did not complete the job. Not once. As a "valued" client, this business owner has repeatedly promised in writing and verbally for the last 6 months that he will complete the job which he has not done. As a "valued" client, this business owner has also promised to hire a gutter professional to complete the job which he has not done. And this business owner now has the audacity to ask for payment for a job after he was caught ripping off his "valued" client on a previous job that he was fully paid to complete. As a "valued" client, this business owner made another promise on June 24th that he would complete the job on June 25th in which he failed to show up. It is now June 29th. As a "valued" client, have I been contacted by this business owner on why he failed to show up on June 25th as promised? Of course not. In keeping with his MO of promising to do something in writing or verbally and not following through with his promise, this business owner has demonstrated time and time again for the last 6 months that he has no intention of completing a job that he has been fully paid to do. Ladies and Gentlemen, do not hire this individual for any work at your property. You can be certain that this individual will take advantage of you when the opportunity presents itself, and if you do discover that you have been taken advantage of, he will make promises to resolve the rip-off with the intention of never following through.-
