This is because we only work on residential roofing projects and our skilled installers are the premier roofers in the Austin area. We believe that focusing our expertise on one thing, and one thing only, results in the highest quality house tops. We don't do commercial flat-top roofing, we don't do aluminum siding, and we don't try to be something we're not. We are residential roofers.

Hill Country Housetops is our traditional shingle and tile roofing division, and Hillco Metal Roofing is our metal application division.

No matter what you choose, Ross (Owner/lead contractor) will be present for every project that is contracted by Hillco / Hill Country Housetops. He is available for all customers as roofing consultant and project manager to answer all questions the home owner may have. After the project has been completed he will inspect and approve all workmanship. When he is not on site, an experienced site foreman will be present at ALL stages of the job, including the clean-up of your property.

What sets us apart from other contractors: Our owner/contractor worked construction before starting his own company...he wasn't a salesman who learned the paperwork and the industry terms. He can do the work, and generally does any structural repairs on the projects we accept.

We are best known for: Custom metal roofing. We don't bring panels to your home from Home Depot; we make the panels on-site with our machinery and apply each one where it belongs. Thus, making it a truly custom roof.
