Work Description: Central A/C - Repair/Service
Comments: I was so pleased with the tech that was sent to my home, I have children with disabilities they are all over the place. They don't know boundaries of personal space or tact when speaking their mind. I am always on guard trying to catch them before they hug or say something that might offend the everyday "Stranger". I was so relieved when he didn't seem stressed , he answered all their questions and didn't miss a beat while checking our unit. Thank you for having such wonderful people working with a beautiful disposition, it takes a lot the stress level is already hi because if they are there the environment is either too hot or too cold, for them to keep it cool and still be understanding to you and your high emotions on top of their own and still be kind and professional is a feat in itself.Thank you,
