Work Description: Rental unit tenants reported front door would not lock.
Checked and saw the the wood door and jamb were aging so thought a replacement door would be needed for security reasons although it also had a wrought iron screen door which could be locked.

Comments: Per Tenant, Chris came and was able to reinstall lock and balance door to lock securely. I was blown away when told the job charge was $35. Have several handyman projects in my home and will definitely use Chris - am very impressed by his honesty and work ethic .
