Comments: We agreed on a time and date for repairs to be done. He gave a free on Tuesday and work was to be accomplished the next day, Wednesday. I had to purchase a faucet on Tuesday. At the time repairs were supposed to start on Wednesday, I received this text. “ My schedule is backed up. I’m sorry forgot about the large job I scheduled a few days ago. I won’t be able to schedule you for a few weeks”. I refused to dignify this with any response. Horrible customer service. You should investigate his practices.Overland Park KS
