Comments: He did not fix my boiler. When asked to honor the Warranty, he said he was coming and never came. he did not honor the warranty on the parts replaced either, even though I paid for the parts for which I did not receive a bill so I could contact the supplier directly. Some parts did not need replace but yet he said they were defective. My building, which is a 3 family building was without heat for over a week until I hired someone who really knew how to fix the problem. I would not recommend him to any one.
Mr. Julio. I informed you on the warranty. The warranty covers ALL LABOR COSTS dealing with the original problem, NOT PARTS purchased from plumbing supply stores. I indeed fixed your ORIGINAL problem AND informed you that you should allow me to COMPLETELY service your boiler since it has not been Serviced in 10 years. YOU declined. I do HONEST BUSINESS as anyone would recognize by reading the other reviews. Sir, your issue is that you tried to use our warranty to cover later problems that where not addressed by our company although I warned you of possible future issues that might arise, if not addressed, but did not succeed. Also you were informed on the costs of the job BEFOREHAND, but waited for the work to be completed and tried to lower the price. That's deceitful and morally wrong. Halcyon stands for GOOD morals and business practices. Once the New Issue was identified, which in fact NOT covered under the warranty, you did not want to pay the Deposit for new job beforehand(which was only asked of you because of my first experience with you), and I refused to do the job, because of the same experience of almost NOT being paid after the job was completed. Be honest with yourself, Halycon is not in the wrong. Anyone reading this review PLEASE read further and base your decision on using Halcyon AFTER seeing the COMPLETE picture. Numbers don't lie. Thank you

Comments: How did I get so lucky? I have found, through this company, the best plumber. Tim is a courteous gentleman who is an expert at what he does. He corrected the problem in my tenant's shower at a fraction of what well-known plumbers in my area were quoting. He was honest, on time and a very pleasant person. I consider this company my go to for plumbing needs. Thank you for your expertise, Tim.

Comments: Hire Tim. He is a wizard at plumbing and an honest man. I had 5 plumbers say just get another toilet. It was going to cost me over $1000 dollars, but Tim said he could fix the toilet I have. He is the only one who was willing to put in the time and work to get it done. He is so skilled at his craft. He tested everything and went to the hardware store multiple times as needed to get parts for the repairs. If you need a plumber hire only him. He saved me soooooo much money. It is unbelievable!

Comments: Tim came by to view my toilet that was giving me issues. Multiple handymen gave me outrageously high estimates and refused to fix the toilet but wanted me to buy a new one. Tim was not like that. He said he would fix it and will be back to work on it tomorrow. He is an honest man. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs.
