Comments: I have called them repeatedly about some work that they have done to my roof and siding! After they got paid they stop even taking calls, but I have text messages that were sent back n forth, so I do have proof for court. This is the only way I can get a response then shall be it. Do not allow these people to do any work. They are nice and courteous until you pay them. It looked like they just hired some guys off the streets to do the jobs. Due to the lack of communication between your companies in the first 2weeks and mistruths said to us we knew we had to keep details with Documentation, such as dated pictures, dated text messages, inspection reports, insurance paperwork, bank information and so much more to show truthfulness & accuracies of our claims.
Along with multiple witnesses.
Had inspection done after their work and reported lots of incompetence and incompleteness of repairs. Elevated charges of product not supplied & work not completed per insurance Repair Report.
