Work Description: Wood Fence Repair
Comments: Sanchez Landscape Services repaired my wood fence and trimmed several trees on my property. The fence work seemed pretty good, the repairs were completed timely, and the price was reasonable. However, the tree trimming was not as clean a job as I had hoped. Some small branches were uncut and left hanging. When I pointed out these 4 or 5 branches to the contractor, they refused to remove them, because their dumpster truck was too full. Hector simply said that "I'm done". Hector is a nice guy, but his English is very limited, so communication with him was difficult. Also, rain delayed the job a bit, which was not their fault, but twice Hector said that he/they would be back to complete the work and didn't show up. I understand that rain or other priorities, like other jobs, may cause schedule changes, but Hector did not contact me about the change...he just didn't show up. Nevertheless, their pricing was very competitive and the work got done. This might not be the most stellar review, but I would still hire them again in the future for similar work.-
