I never had water enter my basement until the job was completed. They returned to try to fix the problem still not resolved. I will have to find someone to fix this new problem.
good morning, thank you for the kind words and regarding the leakage, we both came to a conclusion that you needed a new basement entry door since the water was leaking through there. I still came back and patched to take a necessary precaution but I also did tell you that that was going to be a bandaid and not waterproof enough to prevent the water from going in. Thank you
