Mrs. Townsend, When we spoke on the phone you told me there was no roof leaks at the time and the reason you where looking for a roofer is because your turbine was not working and you wanted an estimate on a replacement. I gave you the quote to replace it before we came out and you told me to go ahead and schedule the repair. Upon arrival we did do an inspection on the turbine to check if it indeed needed to be replace and found it was not spinning because the bearings went bad and it needed to be replaced. We only do an attic inspection when we are trying to locate an active roof leak to locate the issue and repair. In this case you stated to me that you did not have any active roof leaks at the time. You only wanted to replace the broken turbine. In which we did just that. As far as your central air conditioning we are not an air conditioning company or ever stated to be one. We spoke after the repair was done and you personally told me thank you and that you where happy with are service. I’m very sorry you feel this way. I take great pride in my work and do my absolute best to always do what is right for my customers. I understand that I am not perfect and make mistakes but to call me or my company a rip off is very offensive to me. I wish you would have reached out to me so I could have tried to resolve any issue you might’ve had with are service. Richard Farias
