Comments: Unfortunately, I don't think this individual ever installed a grab bar before. He had the wrong size, the wrong attachment if there was no stud. He bought a new stud finder which makes me think he didn't have one to begin with (a bad sign). The new stud finder did not have a battery so he was going to leave to get one. I didn't trust him to do the installation so I paid him his fee for coming and asked him to leave. I will never use this networx again.

Work Description: remove over refrigerator cabinet, remove vertical blinds, take down modern chandelier - no electricity involved

Comments: charged an emergency fee of $75 - there was no emergency, charged a takeaway fee of $20 when I had already said that I would bring the blinds out for garbage pickup the next morning and he wanted the blinds and all the screws and other mountings to use for his own purpose. Took two days to produce a detailed invoice but wanted cash of $375 upfront for 70 minutes of work. I would never hire him again or recommend him for any type of project. What a major ripoff.
Customer insisted that technician come right away so the technician dropped everything and went to her right away which requires a $75 fee because she was having a refrigerator delivered in the cabinet need to be removed before the refrigerator get there also customer requested other things to be done as a technician was there and also for as the trash removal fee Greenthumb maintenance does not set trash on roadside for curbs we remove all trash and debris from the property. Also customer stated that we requested cash we do not request cash she desired to pay with a credit card and I explained to her that it will be extra fees for a credit card to be swiped . Repro maintenance is dedicated to customer satisfaction with dignity and integrity
