For us to start a job we make a contract budget for the client and we start if the client gives his consent with 50% when starting the job and until we finish the job we make the client review the job and then the client pays 50 % that was missing. The work was done as agreed, the system of his house did not work because the irrigation valves did not raise the pressure because the tannery and the filter that go to the lake did not work because they were broken, we changed the pipe and the new filter that goes into the lake, the irrigation areas were made to work with more pressure, until then it was the budget. I want to clarify that this person asked me for an extra job, he wanted to cross a pipe from one area to another area, my experience and knowledge of the irrigation system know that this should not be done because the water pressure would decrease and possibly not work correctly and I let him know and I told him that I would not do that work and I did not receive money for that extra work that he wanted me to do and it was not in the previous budget. Unfortunately I am not satisfied but I am a professional and I do not do work that puts the control and operation of the irrigation system at risk, I always tell my clients that it can or cannot be done according to each case, we work to improve the system. All my jobs with all the clients we have done are satisfied and they have recommended me to friends and family and we do not receive money without doing a job.
