Comments: We were spending a ton of money on our water and power bill, mostly because of an old AC unit and cheap insulation. I was also interested in solar. Since Green Air Solutions does all of that through the HERO program I gave them a call.Mike and Martin came over to give recommendations and options for what we could do. Once we decided on everything they got to work right away and finished fast.
They replaced our entire HVAC system, installed solar, and put in artificial turf and a walkway. They also replaced the insulation in the attic. They took care of all the scheduling, paperwork, and inspections. Very simple.
They did thorough and professional work. It's obvious that they care about the quality.

Comments: I know this sounds cliché, but it's true. I usually don't write reviews, I only write the ones that are exceptionally great or really bad. In this case, Green Air Solutions did a great job with our home air conditioning and driveway pavement. The construction project was led by Martin, which he always answered his phone when we needed him for answers or just have some concerns. He was always on site making sure our property was taken care of and making sure everything was done properly. It was such a relief that we didn't have to talk to different subcontractors to explain what we wanted, all we did was talk to Martin and it was done. The whole project came out great and and we're happy with the results, enough said.Chad,

Comments: Wow....after 2 1/2 weeks of dealing with different contractors, environment price tests for asbestos, removal of asbestos and then the central heating guy installers, and permits, I was really stressed!!! I've heard it all...different ideas of what should be done, quotes that varied immensely and who should I believe??? Dam, at my wits end, Martin, the owner from Green Air Solutions came for an appt. He works with all the above contractors to get the JOBS DONE!!! I listened carefully to everything he told me, because I already knew a lot about what was needed to do the job right! Really liked Martin and he was very professional and had a wonderful, professional brochure about his business. After hearing his quote for ALL services provided, immediately signed the contract!!! Comments: I am definitely a demanding customer and I own an old home so Green Air had an uphill battle. We hired Martin and his team based on his plan to make my house more efficient and comfortable. Martin replaced my 17 year old condenser and furnace and replaced duct work to improve airflow in my converted attic. It is now a livable space and we are happy with the installation of the dual zone system.It is always uncomfortable to let a crew of strangers into your house but the team took care of my house.
Martin is now on my speed dial and I can count on him to pick up the phone at any hour.
UPDATE: I had an issue with my condensation line/cup with the new furnace that was recently installed. The heat was turning on and then flooding and turning itself off. That being said it was right before thanksgiving and Martin went above and beyond to make sure we had heat for the cold morning when my in-laws were in town. He had the part Uber'd to my house from over an hour away and technicians at my house late Wednesday afternoon before thanksgiving to make sure things were handled. I wasn't sure it would be done in time but it was and the crisis was adverted. Thanks Martin.

Work Description: AC Install
Comments: First, I was having issues with my AC unit as well as the Furnace/Heater. This had been going on for some time and finally this winter it got to the point that I knew something was seriously wrong. I had another company come out in September and shockingly, they did not know what they were doing. Mike came out and immediately spotted most of the problems that I suspected (bad wiring, thermostat issues, burnt out fuses, etc). Mike was able to get the furnace working quickly and correctly with the wiring. Unfortunately, a new AC unit was recommended.Mike did not pressure me into purchasing a new unit. He explained to me the costs to simply fix the existing one versus installing a new one. I did not want to take my chances with patching up something for a short term fix, so I chose to install a new AC unit.
My house is a couple stories high and required a crane to get the unit on the roof. Mike's people were able to get the job done in less than a day and all seems well. We will see how the unit works once the heat comes back during the late spring/summer, but for now I would definitely recommend Green Air Solutions to any of my friends or colleagues. Great pricing and service all around!
