Comments: Hiring Tom was a complete nightmare. The tile installations were so bad, they will have to be pulled out and done over. All new materials and labor needs to be paid for AGAIN. The messes that were left behind; adhesive and grout everywhere, including on freshly painted walls, ceilings, brand new countertops and cupboards. He cut tile on my newly installed wood flooring without putting anything on the floor and stained the wood. There is still grout stuck to my hardwoods. While cutting tile in my master bedroom he leaked water down into the first floor formal living room of my brand new renovation. He was told over and over to clean up and did not. He took my contractors electrical cord, and two of my buckets. He would lie right to my face. He will not pick up my calls and I am going to have to sue him in Small Claims Court. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Both shower enclosures are so bad, I could have done it better myself. He REFUSES to answer my calls and give me his insurance information. I have filed complaints with Home Advisor, and the State Attorney General Consumer Complaint Agency. I am OVER $4000 that I have paid out to this guy.-
