Work Description: Replaced Motor and Fan in Roof A/C Unit.
Comments: A/C quit working in the Middle of the night, woke up sweating, Contacted the Networx website, described my issue, was called at around 6:45 - 7 AM. Explained my issue to the gentleman on the phone, he was over to my house as fast as he could, approx 25 minutes, He climbed on the roof, diagnosed the issue, retrieved and replaced the malfunctioning Unit, all within the quoted price. I give a five star across the board for this Contractor/Company, excellent service, very helpful, didn't shine me on about the problem, corrected the issue in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.
