Work Description: Install new toilet
Comments: Phillip and Terry arrived on time and were professional and friendly. They took their time removing the old toilet and installing the new toilet. They ensured it was done correctly. They cleaned up the mess and hauled the old toilet off along with the cardboard box. I have used Good 2 Go Plumbing on numerous occasions because of their knowledge and excellent customer service.Eatonville WA

Work Description: Hot water tank instalation
Comments: Very expensive charged me $200 over the national Hi average price. Their warranty lasts until they hit your driveway. They claim to have a 1 year warranty on their work. I called them less than 24 hours of the work and they told me they could not put the cover on my hot water heated as it would brake the pipe. They also used no social distancing and left a rug on my back porch that had what appeared to be feces on it. I went in and re attached the door to the hot-water heater that they said they could not do. I merely attached the the door with the two screws. I can not recommend them as they charged me absorbent price and did so so work. They charged me $800 for a job that took 1.5 hours and used the materials that I bought. They also left the temperature of the Water heater on two different settings one scolding hot about 140 and the other on 125.Tacoma WA

Comments: Did not like their sales tactics. Quoted very high price. When I said I would think about it, left and came right back with a quote more than $100 less.
