Work Description: GoGreen Aire Care completed the HVAC installation in the time they indicated at the beginning of the job. Up to that point, communication was good, answering all my questions to earn my business and possibly a longer relationship. The technicians were enthusiastic, understood their profession, explained the nature of the job and other questions I had. They cleaned up the job site when they were done. There are a few items that should be incorporated into their procedures as follows: show/ explain how the system works by testing all aspects of the system, i.e. cooling, heating and emergency heating, and follow up with their customers a few days later to find out if everything is operating properly, as well as receive feedback. Other than that, it was a pleasure to work with GoGreen Aire Care and I recommend them.
