You called us on Sunday evening during the heat wave requesting a freon check and to have a system charge. we regret for taking your call after hours on the weekend as we had soo many others we put on hold to assist you. Upon arrival You mentioned you hadn't had a maintenence for 3 years. we cleaned the filthy condenser coils and checked your charge. you were operating on 1lb short of freon and requested to have that added. We have evidence of these facts. You were grateful after noting the results and even gave the technician a tip. yet you think to blackmail the company to get a refund for the service provided.. condenser cleaning and freon charge costs money Gordon. we are not a non for profit organization. You rejected for us to have a second look which is very strange since we weren't going to charge you. you simply wanted a refund and free service.
