Work Description: Hi,
I needed my garage door repaired and Fred called immediately, set up the appointment, came by and replaced the cable quickly and the price of $121 seemed fair. What I and he noticed was when I turned the latch from the inside there was a hanging chain which at first I didn't think was a big deal but apprarently it was. As a garage expert he should have fixed it then and there. Instead he came back the envy day which was gracious of him yet charged another $65 (a discount from $85) to fix something he should've done the day before. Seemed like a steep price for the amount of work, but we gave him his asking amount. The door is finally fixed, so far so good.
