Work Description: New American standard heat pump installed.
Comments: Gary's guys installed a new heat pump for me.Had trouble from the start The guys he sent out to install it evidently didn't know what they were doing.
Gary came out and did fix the issue after many attempts And gave me a 10-year parts and labor and any miscellaneous parts warranty.
I've been trying to call Gary for 2 weeks. When they finally answered the phone. I told him I had a issue with the heat pump and needed warranty work he hung up. Does not answer emails does not answer the phone does not answer text messages.
I suggest not using him and go somewhere else or doing it yourself. Gary sure does not know how to run a business.
