Work Description: Furnace replacement & Central AC repair
Comments: This review is a long time in the making simply due to my failure to take the time to write it sooner and not due to the work of this amazing company. Gareth and his staff of professionals at Full Force are wonderful! They did an amazing job for my Aunt in the dead of winter this year February 2021. The job to be done at that time was a total furnace replacement. The two-man team of Gareth and his partner did an amazing job on the replacement. Gareth was so kind and very concerned about expediting this job due to the fact that my 90 year old Aunt (who was the homeowner) was living there in the home without heat. Therefore he moved his schedule around considerably to make this job an ASAP priority and worked into the night to accommodate my Aunt to insure that she would have a new and proper working furnace with heat by the end of that night. All to say, Gareth and his partner were on time, professional, worked neat and clean, and even provided extra insulation where we weren’t aware that we needed around the unit. My Aunt (who is disabled) and I were VERY impressed at the amount of time the job took, the fair price, and the quality of work that was done that night by Full Force. Shortly after the job was done, my Aunt had heat back in her home just in the nick of time for one of the coldest days we had seen this winter. After this wonderful experience I never thought I would ever see Gareth and his company again, but OH how I was wrong! Unfortunately/ but fortunately I needed their service again for one of the failed Central A/C units for the same home just recently (this summer, June 2021). All to say Gareth showed up promptly as he had before to assess the job and was able to give a proper diagnosis with a fair price (with which he was still kind to adjust further given the nature of the job). In closing I just want to FINALLY and publicly acknowledge Gareth and his company at Full Force for their extraordinary customer service, expert workmanship, their incredible compassion and professionalism. It is rare these days to come across a company like this one where the owner will go above and beyond with great communication and to accommodate you even at the risk of running overtime or losing money. And for that I am truly grateful for him and his company and would highly recommend Gareth and Full Force for any of your home heating and cooling needs. These days it seems very easy for people to write in complaint about bad experiences with businesses (and I will do that too). However I also believe that we as consumers should be equally diligent in writing about the good works and experiences with businesses like Full Force. I hope my review was helpful for anyone considering them for business. Gareth and Full Force are the real deal and I wish them the best success!!!Yonkers NY
