Hours were spent developing a detailed business plan, financial projections and marketing strategies to help get the word out that Freedom Advanced Electric LLC was out there. Then came the tricky part… How do we execute that plan! Even with 20 plus years experience, a business plan will only work if you can actually get it done. Your industry history, experience and contacts, may help you get a foot in the door but after that, you have to present a clear business case for why you should be awarded a project. Then, once you get the client, you have to deliver on every aspect of what you've committed to. When you do, your clients will reward you with their loyalty and best of all, references! Now THAT is execution! That is when James Cullen and Jay Fortier reached a point in their career where they decided it was time to take the chance and start their own business providing high quality and affordable electrical services. Prior to running Freedom Advanced Electric LLC they worked for a large company based out of Salem, NH. Combined these two men have over 20 years of professional experience, and have worked on projects of all sizes and budgets.
