Comments: Shoddy work, damaged electric line, never completed job. Sued him in Akron civil court, he was ordered to pay $500.00 which didn't even cover cost of electric line repair. Also, he tried to hide the fact he damaged it. And he never paid up court ordered restitution!Elma NY
