Work Description: Performed maintenance on central heat and A/C system including pull and clean of evaporator coil.
Replaced hot surface ignitor as existing had blistered areas and did not heat quick enough.
Replace thermostat with new digital non programmable thermostat.
Installed trap on condensate drain line with tee for chemical or bleach addition to prohibit algae growth in drain lines and pump.
Also cleaned burner assembly to allow flame carryover.
Cleaned condenser coil and inspected outdoor unit.

Work Description: Replaced indoor and outdoor Heat Pump unit.
Comments: You could not ask for better customer service, a fair price, and professional, yet friendly and honest manner.Blake came and inspected the units and told me what needed to be done. I was trying to help my 86 year old mom to not get "ripped off" like so many companies do to the elderly. He treated her with respect and never tried to "over sell" her anything. He explained to her the problems and provided an affordable solution for her. I thought that would be the last we saw of Blake. He made the sale! But no, he was there with the great guys on the crew to see the job through.
I will never call another HVAC company for service other than Forney Air. They are my and my mom's ATeam!
