Description: FLOWERS AND MORE, INC. was established in 1994 by Renee Talley with a focus to provide quality, creative, cost effective, and timely landscaping services to Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties. Renee is a horticulturist with degrees from Temple University and Longwood Gardens, where she is also an instructor in the Continuing Education Department.


Foreman Dominic Pointek has been with the company since 2006 and is a familiar face with our clients. He earned an art degree from Salem Community College and is currently taking both plant and design classes at Longwood Gardens.

Jess Steffy joined us part time in the fall of 2009 and gradually increased her work schedule becoming full time in May of 2010. Jess is a 2005 graduate of Octorara High school and has always had a keen interest in plants and gardening. It has still been an adjustment for her changing from inside employment as a server in a local restaurant to working outside in all types of weather at Flowers & More. Jess has completed courses in deciduous trees, conifers, and green roof gardening while working towards her Longwood Gardens Certification.

Veronica (Ronnie) Urbine, a Chester County native, comes from the corporate workforce. She spent two years living in Rochester, NY and traveling here and there across the country. She missed the four seasons, spring, summer, winter, and fall that Pennsylvania had to offer and after 22 years in the corporate world, her feet her firmly planted back in West Chester. She joined Flowers and More, Inc. in May 2011 and loves the career change. That doesn't mean she is new to the landscaping world though. She was co-owner of a small two-person landscaping company in the Exton area from 1999 until 2007. Her newly acquired travelling schedule and move did not allow for her to continue the landscaping realm. Now she can again enjoy the great outdoors and her love for her new career. She hopes in the year 2012 to continue her education and experience in outdoor lighting, hardscaping, and plant nutrition
