Comments: I cannot say enough about Floor Designs. From the beginning, Stewart was responsive and helpful. He called to made an appointment within hours of contacting by email. He was prompt, offered a very competitive price and a quality product. The installers were equally prompt, were friendly, took the time to do good work, and left the job clean. I am very happy with the end product, and everyone at Floor Designs. Stewart also contacted me the same day to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.I highly, highly recommend Floor Designs. It's not often that someone overwhelmingly exceeds my expectations (I am told that I'm a bit picky).

Work Description: Floor Designs sold and installed laminate in a portion of my home in 2008. In 2013 I had them return to repair an area of the laminate (that was ruined by my cat not because of product defect) and then install carpet in another section of my home.
Comments: The sales person, Stewart, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the products and thorough when taking measurements at my home once I had decided on the type of flooring I wanted.The installer, Emerson, was also fantastic. He was very personable and took great pride in his work. He was very diligent about keeping both the working and non-working areas of my home as clean as possible. When I contacted Floor Designs about getting the laminate in my home repaired and carpet installed I specifically requested that Emerson do the work because of the service he provided the first time he worked in my home.

Comments: Continue wood flooring into two rooms to match existing.I first used Floor Designs for some carpet in a bedroom. Stewart brought samples and came to my home- a decision was made quickly and the work performed within a week! The installer was very kind, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I again called Floor Designs with help for hardwood. We wanted to continue our existing wood (from another company) through the last two rooms and Stewart ordered the remaining boxes needed. He had his installer to our home within 2 weeks. The installation looks perfect! Emerson was a lovely man and I would use Floor Designs AND their installers again!
