Work Description: Removal of existing engineered wood floor . Installation of Luxury Vinalmflooring.
Comments: The removal of my old floor and installation of my new luxury vinyl floor could not have been any smoother. Don Diehl, the owner, came to my house within days of my initial phone call. He showed me a variety of choices of the luxury vinyl and explained the differences in color variations and quality of the product. Within a week of submitting my order the crew arrived, removed the old floor, cleaned out the debris meticulously and installed the floor and trim in one day. The main installer was pleasant and professional, working steadfastly and efficiently to remove and carefully install the floor with varied spacing to create a natural looking pattern to the panels. The remaining crew returned to measure and install the quarter round trim to give a professional finish to the edges. Working together, the kitchen was meticulously cleaned and all materials removed leaving my kitchen spotless and livable upon their completion. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The quality of the product was great and the price was fair. Don, the owner, was awesome. He came by to supervise and ensure the job was being done right. When I noticed a small section of the rubber trim was missing, he responded immediately and showed up on Sunday afternoon to fill in the gap. He was honest, clear, professional and, unlike so many contractors these days, he lived up to his promises and had the project completed in record time.
