Work Description: Sink/garbage disposal
Comments: My problem is not with the technicians, my problem is with AMANDA!!! My sink had fallen through my cabinets, the techs came to repair it. For whatever reason they had to mess with my water heater. They left around 2pm that evening. I came home from work around 7pm and water was running through a pipe outside my house from the water heater. I called Flo Guard in which a lady by the name of AMANDA answered the phone. I told her what was going on. Over and over again, She denided her techs never did touch my water heater. My mother in law was here watching everything that happened. We repeatedly told AMANDA, they indeed touched the water heater which is why water has been running out the outside pipes for 6 hours. AMANDA kept on insisting they never did it when I made it clear her ass wasn't here to see in person what her techs did. She then insulted me and told me to " act like an adult". Shortly after, I made her call her techs to verify the work that was done and they INDEED ADMITTED TO TOUCHING MY WATER HEATER. . Of course she felt like a peice of shit afterwards. I immediately made her apologize to me and my mother in law for calling us liars and insulting us. She is the reason I will not recommend service to this company, in which she claims she owns. Fuck you Amanda and next time follow the golden rule THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! And in this case we were!!Houston TX
