Comments: Avoid him. Frank took our deposit and disappeared.

The lady is lying we worked there 1 day and then had to reschedule due to weather the deposit she referring to was used in labor cost already i called and told them that we are ready they said we hired someone else to finish we went above the work requested u dont get partial deposits back when you hire a contracted company and then stop the job for no good reason and hire someone else its our time we have to cover also
