Work Description: Gas inspection
Comments: We had used Fitz perviously and found the plumbers professional and hard working. The services were expensive but it is hard to find good plumbers. Fitz was hired to prepare my new home for a gas inspection. There were some minor tie ins and connections that needed to be performed. The plumbers came to the home and performed only part of the work and promised to return to complete the services. When we tried to get them to return to have the work completed, they explained that they were too busy. This put my wife and I in a situation where we did not have hot water for 2 weeks.Several weeks later we received a $2527 invoice for installing approximately 10 ft of screw piping, a couple plugs, 3 ea 1/2 gas valves, a regulator to our range, a gas test they did not complete because there were leaks, and a gas line to a gas lantern in the front of my home that they never installed. After disputing the costs and a lengthy negotiation we were told that we had not paid for a previous visit which is why we needed to pay at least $1527. We finally agreed to pay $1527 which was much more that should have been charged for the little amount of work performed and to just get a resolution. After further review, we found the paper work showing we have paid for the previous services. Chris with Fitz, lied to us about not paying for our previous services. I would not recommend using Fitz for plumbing services. They are expensive and not honest.

Work Description: Checked to see what was leaking from Washing Machine.
Comments: Phil arrived Promptly for his Appointment here, at My Hime!!! He wasted No time, in Ascertaining and Analyzing the reason my washing machine leaked water from beneath. Phil was Impressively Covid-19 prepared and Fully equipped to begin his research. Phil wasted No Time, In determining, A Possible Reason, which caused water to leak sparingly from beneath My Washer. What was even more Amazing, Phil looked towards My Clothes Dryer and asked, "Ms. Reine, Do You smell gas?" I went over where Phil was in My Laundry Room and leaned over, where he was pointing. I said, No, I can't smell Anything, Maybe, It's because of My Mask, That I'm wearing. Phil was Persistent! He asked, Ms. Reine, Do You have a Spray Bottle, Because, I Believe, You have a Gas Leak. I said Ni, But I have an Empty Dish Liquid Bottle, That I can put a little Dish Liquid in; Then add a little water. Phil stated, "That would be fine, Ms. Reine." Phil took the Bottle and asked that I watch, While he sprayed the substance on and around My Gas Pipe. Low and Behold, That Young Man detected a Gas Leak!!! "OUR HEAVENLY FATHER", Saved My Life, Through "HIS" Child... Amazing!!!! Thank You Fitz's Plumbing Repair Service, L.L.C; For such a Tenacious Employee and May All of You, "Front Runners"; Continue To Be "BLESSED"....
