Work Description: Came out to clear a drain issue, pipes in kitchen were clogged and not draining.
Comments: First Response was very prompt and came out when scheduled. The plumber was professional and polite, investagating the issue and resolving it promptly. The company was a bit pricey, but after further investagation on my part they fell in line with the competition. Comments: John was very professional and demonstrated great concern for solving my problem. This was very comforting to me after dealing with the CITY of MIRAMAR, FL custormer! He gave me two quotes of my cost based on the type of piping that I had. I was OK with what he quoted. He explained to me what caused the problem as well as what he will do to repair the problem. He is great and expediant in getting the job done. I do recommend him highly. Also, Great attitude.
