Work Description: ad replacement

Comments: They suggested me a day for replacing 3 AC units when I contracted. I told them they might need more time for replacement due to our building is strict as coop. So they finally suggested me 3 days for the work. But they didn't show up for the first day of appointment. They came in the second day but couldn't finish it in a day as I expected. And they told me they can't come the next(last) day. So I waited 1 more week with uncompleted work.
After that I cut my fingers few times and worried it for babies. So asked them to replace only grill. Once I paid all, they didn't respond well and they told me Iceair(manufacturer) doesn't support the replacement after the communication for around 2 months (They promised to call me back but never got back so I called them again and they ignored my call a lot). But I got the replacement from the manufacturer so that I couldn't believe they actually contacted them to have a replacement.
(Their business on google is re-registering again and all previous reviews could be removed. I will keep sharing my experience for your decision. Also I found there is leaking from one of the unit and not sure what to do cuz they don't respond anymore.)

Comments: It was 9 degree outside my home temperature 60 degrees I waited for this so call pro for over 2 hours
Every time I called Chris said"dont worry the tech is on his way until 10;40pm no call no show.
This company ins not reliable
Service is terrible
They don't care about their clients.
What they wrote on that site is just word they stand behind it.
It should not be in business.

Comments: I had a repair man today and he was terrible!!!!! The worst service ever!!! He broke my shower body and left the water running. It only took him 15 min to clean the bolier. Never ever take this company. Awful!!!!

Work Description: They installed a new 140,000 BTU boiler oil steam and it took about six hours to complete.

Comments: I have been very satisfied with my contractor and their attention and cooperation from the very start. They have been great in understanding what I needed and were proactive in recommending resolutions. It was a very positive experience. The contractor’s manager also visited my home to review the project after it was completed. I will recommend First Response Heating Corp. to all my friends. All work was completed in an expeditious manner and above expectations. They were willing to work around my schedule, which included Saturday.

Work Description: repair of Viessmann boiler which would not turn on

Comments: Asked for someone who knew about Viessmann boilers - these guys did not plus they came back four times, were paid in full and the system still does not work properly. They refused to come back again. Would not ever recommend these guys to anyone!!!!! Took our money but did not complete job.
Customer was very hostile towards workers and office secretary. We are willing to go back and fix the issue if the customer is willing to cooperate.
