Comments: way way more interested in replacing unit than repairing unit. Did not wish to listen to fact that major portion of unit had been replaced more recently. Only really wanted to replace unit - unit over 20 years old therefore needed to be replaced was his major feeling. Did not listen to me several times and acted like I knew nothing about unit. Had to repeat certain things to him. His was extremely arrogant and definitely not customer oriented. So I paid for service call and got him away and hired another firm that believes in customer service and if customer wants just piece broken replaced that's what they do and not constant argument about only replacing unit. Not even sure he knows much about that brand. definitely did not get comfortable feeling he was knowledgeable but certain arrogance was felt. And I don't care how much he knows if he's super arrogant and doesn't seem to listen to me.

Comments: Horrible. They ordered the wrong size and wanted to cut my wall to make it fit. I refused and told them to get the right size. Then they didn't have the heating part and had to come back to install, took over 2 weeks. Then I heard nothing from them for over 3 weeks. I finally called the county inspector to come out which they should have done. 9 weeks after install, they finally had their company inspector come inspect and ask for payment. Appointment was 12-2; he showed 2 hours late. I work from home and sceduled time to deal with it. I told him I could not spend time to deal with it now since I was working and would give payment information to the office. He then came back and continually rang my bell. I spoke through the speaker and advised him to leave and I would speak to the office. I got multiple calls from diffeent workers (over 10 times). I finally spoke in the doorbell speaker and told him he was trespassing and called the sheriff to have him removed from my property. I did not feel safe in my home and he blocked my driveway so I couldn't leave!
hello!! ******, Thank you for taking you time to write this review. we fix what it was wrong at the beginning, this is a barr unit that its a special order. now we convi-19 ordering through manufacturing this are taken more longer the usually. we let you know of the process. i call you to set final you ask for paper work you already had, refuse to pay until inspection was done when i follow up again for inspection after the other ones i did. you said final was not done and you will pay until is done but you called county on you on on 7/15/20 didnt let us know that is why i was collection. job was over 3 month and still didn't receive a payment. our company respect you requesting and when everything was done on 8/17/2020 that we when to do QUALITY CHECK to call county and you knew its was done and didnt said nothing when i spoke to you why we were going. office call you ones after tech was done to collect you said you were pay later and hang up. when we set up appointment tech was behind 45 minutes he even called you and you were not even home. i respect you were working but we i called to set appointment you said you will be available no specific instructions on availability, tech didnt block you driveway he park between you and neighbor. you decide to called police and spent time to explain was going on but didnt explain how payment was gonna be submit to us. in that part i dont understood that part all our company want to submit the payment and that said. sorry if you felt unsafe. all this could got avoid if all that time you spent talking to sheriff and making that called for them to come if you explaining when we call the after called when tech left to submit payment and everything to explain to that sheriff should explain to us.

Comments: So far we can only say good things about the service we received from Fairway.
Jackie- Very prompt in following up with us in trying to set an appointment. Very personable on the phone. I believe that the first person you talk to on the phone can make or break the sale.
Chris (Estimator)-Chris knew that he was the third person to give me an estimate. Chris came prepared with the list of services Fairway was willing to provide with no pressure. Very professional, informative and not pushy in his presentation. Yet he made sure to me that he wants to earn my business. He gave 3 proposals for me to chose from and decided on Trane XR.
Johnny worked so hard in installing the AC. He went through the all the process with us.

Overall, service was excellent.

Just hope that I won’t have any problems with the AC unit in the near future.
