Comments: This company is one of the worst. They breached the contract on so many levels that I took them to court and WON! Yes, I won and he us refusing to pay.1) didn't keep deadline that gave them many extra weeks to finish with dry weather
2) used inferior supplies even after I told them not to
3) never brought all materials
4) unable to make correct squares, not 90-degree angles
5) over-nailed some boards that they may crack
6) under-nailed boards that they started to bend
7) brought child to do work although I told him on several occasions that it was illegal and dangerous
8) couldn't center posts in cement for no real reason
9) the day I called the police to have him and his fiancé removed from my property, the fiancé tried to load MY materials onto their trailer but then was told by the officer to stop
I have dozens of pictures and video/audio that prove that the work they performed before they were escorted off my property was substandard.
