Work Description: roof inspection
Comments: We were in the process of purchasing a home and there was signs of a leak on the ceiling (water stains). The sellers indicated the leak was repaired. We requested the previous owners to have the roof inspected for leaks anyway. They hired EZ Roofing. NOW, let me emphasize "a roof inspection was requested" and according to the invoice that's what was done including replacing some cracked tiles. Once we moved in we had the water damage (water stain) repaired. NO more interior signs of leak. We received some rain a couple of weekends ago. Roof leaked. I called EZ Roofing as they did the roof inspection and certified NO LEAKS. They said it wasn't there problem and would NOT do anything about it. NOW if you hire someone to do any sort of inspection and indicate there is "NO PROBLEMS" and a problem occurs. Tells me they didn't do their job correctly and only half assed it in order to make a quick buck. I don't know how they are at installing a new roof but I'm inclined to NOT trust them when they can't even do a simple roof inspection correctly.
