Work Description: Furnace repair and ultimately furnace replacement
Comments: I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. In November, our furnace wasn't working. Express was referred by another company that couldn't get out in a timely fashion. Brandon was there within a hour, replace the part, and talked candidly about the age of the furnace and the possibility that I might need to be replaced in the near future, that to continue to repair things as they wore out might not be cost effective. Last week, the furnace again wasn't working, and this time it was a much more expensive repair. We decided that we would replace the heating and AC unit. Within 48 hours, we had the unit replaced, the area cleaned, and we couldn't be happier. I offer my highest recommendation for Express.Middletown PA

Work Description: Replace existing furnace and AC unit with new heat pump system
Comments: Brandon was very professional from the beginning. He fully explained the options available and also the work he anticipated having to be done. He answered all the questions I had and I actually understood the answers instead of getting all technical jargon like some places. Work was very well done and that includes clean up afterwards...left the place looking exactly how it looked when they started. I would highly recommend this company to others.Hummelstown PA
