Work Description: Flooring Scam Artist
Comments: This young man Edgar Sanchez, cares only about money ! He installed an estimated 1100 sq. ft. of flooring disregarding the manufacturer required procedures for the 50 year warranty in 5 rooms. I had purchased 1725 sq ft of flooring he used it all to do the 1100. Now I must by more . He left so much scrap it was unbelievable. I tried to get him to come back and help me get this fixed correctly and even gave him $600.00 in advance at his request because his young son was sick and needed medical care. He said he would come back and haul off the scrap as well as finish the other two rooms . In all I payed him $2000.00 and had to purchase another 500 sq ft of planks costing almost another $2000.00. He charges professional rates yet has no license or liability insurance. I am a 68 year old disabled vet and tried to help this young man. He scammed me and I am quite sure I am not his first victim . I gave him a week now and a third chance to make this right even offering to help him , He made his choice to keep the easy money and run!!!Austin TX
