Comments: We just did our complete remodeling to our master bathroom. We met with Tommy several times before we hired them. After we listened to their ideas, checked their history and company, we hired them to do the remodeling job. We received the quality results as promised and at the original price that was set and promised before we signed the contract. There were no hidden charges during the work and even after it was finished. The new master bathroom is exactly as what we wanted and it looks very beautiful. Comments: We just finished to remodel the kitchen at our house. Tommy and his team of people did the remodeling from start to finish. The kitchen remodeling was a big project for us but we wanted to do it for a long time now. We loved the fact that Tommy showed us how he really care about the remodeling and that he wanted to make sure that everything is going according to plan and mainly without any mistake! Comments: Tommy was my project supervisor from the first meeting that we had and he was very creative and communicative. After our meeting with him, we met with another 3 other ones and none of them had the skills that we found at Tommy so based on that, we decided to hire Tommy from ET Builders for our remodeling. His design and vision including all his ideas fits to what we wanted to get and also because we were able to discuss the final price which at the end, fits to our budget too. I never felt pushed or pressured to sign his contract and he was thoughtful with all the items I wanted to have at my new kitchen. The team that worked at my house were very easygoing people and mainly hard working professionals. During the remodeling, they came up several times with changes that did the remodeling much better and nicer (after I approved them of course). Tommy was available for texting, talking on the phone and email. He was clear and specific during the whole time of the work. Communication was the best feature with Tommy than with any other contractor I’ve ever hired and I’ve worked with several during my life. I do recommend Tommy and ET Builders!!!

Comments: My experience with the team and supervisor at ET Builders was much more than a great experience. We agreed to hire them for the remodeling of new Kitchen, the replacement of all the existing windows, new doors, crown molding, hardwood floors the removal of an existing wet bar. Because it was a big remodeling project and large budget, we asked Tommy to be very detailed in his estimate and his estimate was one of the most detailed estimate we have ever seen. Each stage was defined and priced with a time frame of when it will start and when it will end. We met with the Tommy and we went over the project details during the several times we met. The meetings covered each section separately from the kitchen to crown molding. After we covered all of that, Tommy presented to us his 3D design which watching it made a lot of sense so we signed and picked the starting date. The price was excellent for the quality and design of the entire work we were going to get. What we didn’t expect was the phone call that we got from the owner of the company personally thanking us for the business we gave them and that if we will ever have any problem, we should just call him directly and he will make sure to take care of it. The entire people that were part of this work, were always motivated on given us the best customer service and they were on top of the budget making sure it will remain the same. I told them that we will definitely recommend them to any potential clients and they can use us as a referral. This company is truly incredible and yes… we just finished and the work is amazing!

Comments: Tommy and his wonderful team did a fabulous remodeling job for us with our recent home improvement project that included our kitchen. This was not our first project with Fidelity builders and design and also in the first remodeling that we did, Tommy was the person that handled that remodeling as well. Comments: We interviewed several home improvements companies to remodel our guesthouse. From the beginning, Tommy had a professional and great energy that made us feel relaxed by hiring him and the company that he represents (ET Builders). Tommy was truthful about what he capable of doing and Although ET Builders was not the lowest estimate, we valued the realistic, detailed and comprehensive estimate! For our remodeling project, we wanted to remodel the kitchen, flooring and bathroom. The remodeling looks perfect! The most important thing that we loved was their commitment to value and the speed of the work. I’ve worked with other companies in the past and they never finished any work on time. I was impressed on how fast they worked on the house. Tommy was perfect in regards to communications, timelines, outlooks and questions. Comments: ET Builders is by far the most professional home improvement company that I have ever dealt with or even hired! A truly pleasure people to have at my house. The remodeling project that they did at my house was completed in a timely manner. Before we started the work, we told Tommy that we have a small timeframe for the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms remodeling because we will move out from our current house very soon and there for we have to move in to the new house that we just purchased. The total time we had was 10 weeks including the moving. Tommy promised us that everything will be ready by that time and he did kept his promise! The complete remodeling work made our house like a complete brand new one and we will absolutely hire them again!

Work Description: Kitchen remodeling and back yard remodeling

Comments: With the great help of Tommy from ET Builders, we are now enjoying our house much more than before and mainly the kitchen and back yard. In the kitchen part, we wanted to do a complete remodeling after looking at some beautiful jobs that they did in one of our neighbor's place. We met with Tommy, the general contractor, and we were very overwhelmed with his ideas and experience. During the first meeting, Tommy brought with him some samples of cabinets and he also provided us with great referrals of places where we can go and shop for what we exactly want to have for our home. For each of the things that we wanted to have, Tommy always found a way to make it happen. At the end of the remodeling, it all came out spectacular! Tommy and Michelle (his designer who come up with all the good design ideas) and their in field staff were very helpful too they will do their participation to make sure that the remodeling project will be completed on time, budget and they will make sure that we are completely pleased with the work. More than that, they even came back a week after the project was complete and all of that in order to make minor adjustments and some nice touch-ups that were required. In the back-yard part, Tommy and his landscape team renovated the hillside yard and gardens. We wanted to expand the back yard by few feet and to have a nice deck with BBQ area that will keep us happy at the evenings. Before that work, all this space was a complete mess with just grass and nothing else. Tommy was able to design a nice deck and he included a big stone waterfall and fountain in the side of where the expansion is. In addition to that, he planted for us 7 fruit trees, a flat lawn area and the 15’x15’ long deck with nice shade, installed the new BBQ cabinet as well as wooden decking. The back-yard area is now transformed into the best outdoor space we can ever ask or dream of. And all of that because of Tommy and his team of landscapers and hardscapes. We're very pleased with the result! We would highly recommend ET Builders to anyone considering doing any work on their home.

Work Description: Full remodeling on a fixer house

Comments: This year we purchased a "fixer" on in a community near our main house. We have completed several remodeling projects over the last 20 years, all gradually more powerful and all as an owner-builder. Since this was the most challenging project, we decided to go with a company that can design and do the actual remodeling rather than hiring an architect and then searching for a bid from general contractors. We thought that we can have a bigger effect on the design and to create an efficiency by using a good team to reach the milestones together and shortening the process. Tommy from ET Builders, has verified to be the perfect choice for us and he was able to start the work immediately after we closed escrow. We worked hand by hand in the initial design stage using 3D designs, floor plans and elevations drawn by Michelle presenting to us several choices and making changes on the way. After this process was completed, Michelle’s team produced for us the necessary plans and handled all the permits.
Our contract was in two parts:
- First part ‘Design’
- Second part remodeling’
We were very happy and satisfied with the cost of the design, mainly because it included a promise of a good discount in case, we go with ET Builders for the second part. When we decided to hire them for the second part, we were so happy with the quality and effort that ET Builders did for us that the discount was not that important no more. Tommy earned the additional benefit! This was a large project so keeping a sharp pencil has been critical in establishing costs within the budget. Tommy worked closely with us and allowed us to save the cost by making the project possible. It has been only three weeks since the remodeling was completed, but our years of experience in remodeling, we can see that our decision was well made. No struggle was wasted and there is no doubts about all the different teams of workers that worked on this remodeling.

Work Description: 2 Bathrooms remodeling and a full kitchen remodeling

Comments: I hired ET Builders to do a complete remodeling of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my house. I had received few other quotes for this massive remodeling, but all of them were expensive and more than that, they made me feel that all they care was to make a sell and nothing else. Tommy in the other hand, made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and experience without giving me some nonsense estimate. The kitchen came out amazing! And the bathrooms too. Everyone who came to my house for a visit said it looks gorgeous. The kitchen work that they did included almost every aspect of it (from new floors to hardware and appliances). The bathrooms also included everything (1 bathroom included a shower jet system and the other one included a bath tub). I am very picky when it comes to details and color matching. Tommy was able to nail it! Tommy who was the project manager, was always available to my calls/texts about any question or concern that I had. All related issues were addressed in a short manner. Tommy says he wants the customer to be happy and he means it. There were no hidden charges and everything was delivered as promised and on budget. They are my go-to company for all future projects now.

Comments: We needed a reliable contractor to do complete master bathroom and bedroom remodeling project at our house. We met Tommy and we had the feeling that this will be a great experience. The first time we met at the house, Tommy went over everything with us and it was in such a perfect and easy way that we felt very happy right away. Tommy was at the house all the time to answer our questions and to provide solutions to the issues that came up. Their crew was also terrific and very productive. The work included the removal of a wall, place tile all over and redo the shower while in the master bedroom, they installed new light, reconfigured the electricity, new paint and special wood work. While they were taking apart the old bathroom wall the outside wall cracked. Tommy was on it, fixed it so good that we could not tell that anything happened. The communication between us to Tommy and between Tommy to his crew was the main key. We knew what is happening each day and without any worries which made us pleased with how everything turned and we can’t wait to hire them for another remodeling project in the future.
