With us inspecting the roof and getting the insurance company to pay for the roof instead of the average out of pocket cost of roof replacement average $15,000- $25,000. With York Public Adjuster Service, The Homeowner pays average deductible $1,000-$1,500 and gets New Roof. If the insurance company denies the claim, which they normally do; then we appeal. If it doesn't work then we work with the Homeowner and offer 18 month same as cash with our in house financing. Thus offsetting up front roof replacement cost. We call this a WIN WIN WIN!
