Work Description: These guys installed a kitchen sink and I never had a leak but he recommended changing the pipes... went to lift my hand over pipe and unit began to leak because he placed metal screw on pvc pipe without putting adhesive to prevent leaks as well as a child from touching and flooding the house. When I called he would not give warranty but said I must pay additional $95 in order to honor his warranty. Check everything out yourself while these guys are installing parts

Work Description: Repair leaking bathtub faucet and kitchen faucet water pressure delay
Comments: Contractor arrived on time, accessed damages and recommended replacement part. The only issue I experienced was that contractor should have removed broken part to determine actual replacement instead of guessing and contractor tested kitchen faucet malfunction "after" he purchased replacement faucet. Upon returning from parts store then he tested and indicated kitchen faucet needed to be changed and the bathtub part he purchased was wrong solely because he did not pull part out prior to going to purchase replacement. Besides this contractor did not inform me of his $130 per hour fee until he returned the second time (this time with the right part). Overall it took him 5-10 to install bathtub cartridge and approximately 20 min for new kitchen faucet but charged me over $500 because of the two (2) hour traveling to get right part and 30 min of work plus material charge. In the end, the owner stated he would credit me $65 for the double charge. Other than that, the contractors work was good so I tipped him $25...Haddonfield NJ
