Comments: I called in when I noticed I had many different shingles blown off my roof. I called off the google gurantee and notices they were ranked near the top. After calling many people who stated "We'll get back to you" Enterprise put me on hold to find out who was in my area and will make time for me. They were there within 2 hours, and helped perform an emergency tarp and file a claim. The adjuster called me and asked who they were to meet with and I stated Enterprise Contracting, inc. The adjuster said they are by far one of the top and most reputable guys in town and I made a good choice. That honestly made me feel very good. Upon adjustment, my roof, soffit, fascia, gutters, and siding were all bought and paid for. The out of pocket I had to pay was the upgrades and deductible. Happy to do so as they saved me thousands. Great group here. I had everything replaced in about a week, and the communication from the production manager and the accounting / warranty department was wonderful. Literally could not believe how great this process was. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!! I will recommend them to ANYONE. Can NOT say enough good things. Comments: I saw a handful of Roofs about to go up in our neighborhood. I was curious what was going on. Pretty soon I was getting a door knock. Last thing I needed was to be try and be sold something. Shockingly, I wasn't. The guy explained they had construction going on in the neighborhood and that if I needed anything (Removal of debris that may blow with the winds, move their trucks, and or any questions or concerns) to take his business card and call. Three jobs done in one day? I called and ask about the pricing. Insurance approved? They walked me through it and wow, brand new roof now on my home paid by insurance. Thanks Enterprise! Didn't sell me, the work did, and the heads up of work going on and not a solicitation was very refreshing.St. Louis MO
