Work Description: Split Rail / Privacy Fence
Comments: Spencer and his “crew” are not reliable. He onlyHas one employee who rarely shows up to work. Spencer also didn’t show up for days and weeks at a time. The week timeline he gave turned into over two months. He promised high quality work and our fence is not even in a straight line nor does it keep our dogs in the yard since he left it half finished. They also left trash all over our property. Overall
Very unprofessional I would never recommend them to anyone for any project.

Work Description: Removal of old & installation of a new retaining wall. Revamped my entire lawn that had been overcome by primarily weeds, grub and crab-grass.
Comments: I have nothing but positive words for Spencer Gordon and his crew at Emery Ground Control. From the initial contact he was prompt, professional and informative about the various options that were possible with what I wanted to have done and the practical application of what my 'vision' was. He communicated with me through-out the entire process until completion. Their diligence made a seemingly 'long process' very expedient. They were extremely through and competent in their work. I appreciated Mr. Gordon's explanation of everything that was done and sharing information on the up-keep and maintenance of the landscape. He explained his follow-up procedures, so as to make sure the quality of his efforts continues. Emery Grounds Control and its owner, Mr. Spencer Gordon reflected a great work-ethic, a personable, informative means of communication and a quality finished product.
