Comments: They contacted me promptly with a fair price, and were able to come out same-day to take care of the nest. They were mindful that my husband is allergic and made sure to warn him to stay inside during treatment, as well as sent us a message letting us know when it was probably safe to carefully approach the area.

Comments: George was very knowledgeable about how to get rid of our extreme mouse infestation. He knew exactly where to patch the holes inside and outside to keep them from coming back in. He provided a one year warranty which we can provide to the buyer of our home. He also provided a certificate for the new buyer inspector to pass the inspection.

Comments: Although he was apologetic, this turned into a comedy of errors. We had an appointment for 3 pm and due to a number of factors it took until almost 8 pm for him to finish up. Traffic and forgetting to bring necessary supplies were the greatest factors. I had to sit at my vacant property in a lawn chair all that time. I had nothing to eat or drink while I waited for George (the owner) to finish up. I will definitely seek out a different exterminator if I need those services in the future.
