Work Description: Exterior renovation
Comments: I have no idea how this guy has these positive comments below. He is nothing short of a crook. He bid a large job for an investment property I own, and within two weeks he began to ask for additional money. He didn't realize how much the materials would really cost. Seriously?? Best case….he didn’t do his homework.He told me he had 20 employees. Lie. He has one Guatemalan worker who does 95% of his work, and very rough characters who do the rest. His team took over two months to "NOT COMPLETE" what should have been a 4 week job. He finally walked off the job when I wouldn't pay him again more money above his quote to complete the job. I paid him and extra $4000 for Cedar siding, which he pocketed.
Like a true crook, he tried to make it all sound like I am the “bad guy”. Bottom line, I have since talked to 3 separate people....all of them which he owes money to like me. Todd comes across as a really nice genuine guy. Do you homework, and run from this loser.
