Description: I'm Luis Monegro, owner of Effective Roofing. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, where I grew up playing multiple sports, mainly speed skating. When I moved to the USA at 17 years old, my first job was flipping burgers at Mcdonald's. After a few promotions and becoming the General Manager, I decided to change my career and pursue my passion and went to construction full time.

I work several years as a Roofer installer for major roofing companies before founding Effective Roofing. Bringing with me the skills and implementations I learned from Mcdonald's.
