Comments: Refinishing floors were a hot mess. I have pictures. Over Charged, poor judgement on what to do with floors, arguments with workers over payment due to them, starting projects such as painting without permission, staying in the house overnight without permission, taking my cell phone for 3 days, ripped off of $3,500 and I had to hire a contractor who was actually licensed to redo his work on all levels.Norfolk VA
