Comments: They get 2 stars for completing the work, but the experience was horrible. I'll start in order...First of all, they don't care about proving whether they're any good. They just want to find out who the competition is and undercut them. They emphasized at the beginning like what quotes do you already have.. we'll discount it by 5%. Okay that's great and all, but you should focus on why you're better, not just a lower price.
Also, it's clear that all they care about is the money and not your situation. He kept trying to upsell me whether its on me removing additional trees, adding a gate to the backyard fence, trying to be my property manager when I already have someone who manages this stuff for me. Like, just focus on what I hired you for.
He charged me for $35 per board for 55 boards for my fence, tells me that he would hate to see my old boards go to waste, only to tell me later that he came up 10 boards short. Why not tell me that first? That's shady. Then, he tries to give me a $40 discount. Okay but if you're 10 boards short then you should be discounting me $350... not $40. That illustrates that if he can pull a fast one on you, then he will. Otherwise, he'll just pretend like nothing happened.
Then he repeatedly failed to understand that I need to verify that the work is done. He would keep telling me to pay him immediately. Before I had a chance to verify the work. He doesn't care about your money or situation. He just wants to get paid. Half of my fence had a gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence, but he never thought to bring that up before or after the work was done.
I have zero interest in doing work with these guys ever again.

Comments: A Tale of two brothers!Chris and Tony contacted me via Nextdoor! Tony is the groups sales agent and Chirs is the worker bee! They have a good company and do good work! This job was a big one and they had hired an outside group to do the work!
There were some problems but Chris made sure all was done correctly. At the end of the job it was done as expected! If asked would I use them again the answer is YES, definitely! With Chris on board you have nothing to worry about! He will see it through amd make sure his clients are happy!
