Work Description: Tile my bathroom 35 sq. ft., paint bathroom and install towel racks, install new mirror and new medicine cabinet and repair bathroom fan.
Comments: He started to fix the bathroom fan and was unable to do it. Then he suggested that I purchase a new fan leaving the old one in place and making a hole in my ceiling for the new fan. He said it was the law to have this fan even though I had a bathroom window. I agreed and he put a hole in my ceiling for the new fan, and said he would have to put a hole in my roof or the outside of my house to vent the fan. He then said it was not the law that I have a fan because my house was old and the new law only applied to new houses. I then decided I did not want the fan. He came and patched the hole he had made in the ceiling of my bathroom. He did an excellent job patching and fixing the hold in the ceiling. He also caulked around my bathroom sink and installed a new faucet. All look very good. The problem came when his worker was preparing the bathroom for painting and installing new towel racks. I want this work to be perfect so there is no visible imperfections on my wall when he installs new towel racks. I commented on this, and he left the job. I would not hire him again. Also, he is always trying to oversell. And, he is very pricey.-
